Position in poker is a main strategy for winning the game. If it is Omaha high then the position does not play a vital role as if in Omaha pot-limit. Position and bluffing may get you a whole pot winning in pot-limit Omaha and Texas Holdem but in Omaha high it can give you an added advantage.
In starting hands which is much important in Omaha for the further play there are only two groups – playable and unplayable. Here playable hands have four cards of which works with each other so well and this can be played from any positions of the table. Try to identify the best and nut hands. A best hand should have a pair in the community cards. This is known to be a full house.
A good hand cannot be treated as a full house if there is zero pair in the community cards. An advanced master player can easily identify a good hand and a full house. Analyze the opponent with their move. If they call in the round they have a strong card set and if they raise they must have a better fold. Make yourself as an advanced player by not allowing others to predict you.
